Product Description:

Epoxy Polyester is a series of hybrid powder coatings specifically formulated for use on mild Steel & Aluminum components. Providing surpasses the performance of all leading powders. It offers gloss retention and resistance to colour change combined with maximum film integrity to ensure long term cosmetic and functional protection. Epoxy polyester powders are ideally suited for indoor applications.

• Specific gravity: 1.2 – 1.9 g/cm3 depending on colour
• Storage: Dry cool conditions below 30°C peak temperature
• Shelf life: 12 months below 30°C peak temperature and 6 months below 35°C peak temperature
• Stoving schedule: 10-12 minutes at 180°C

Application

• Epoxy Polyester powders are recommended for interior applications.
• Some typical applications : Epoxy Polyester hybrids are best suited for non weatherable applications like indoor furniture, appliances, white goods, Light fittings, Switch Gears, Computer peripherals , Indoor lighting fixtures, shelving & Automotive underhood components

Note: Not recommended for direct exposure to sunlight

STORAGE AND PACKAGING

Storage

• Store in closed, cool room (below 30°C) in dry condition and in the original packing. Exposure to direct sunlight, heat and high humidity should be avoided.
• For best results, the stack height should not exceed three cartons.
• Partly used bags must be tightly closed after each removal and stored carefully inside the carton in a cool dry storage room.
• For best performance use within six months.

• Clear Powder’s pack size is 7 kgs
